In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L. 612-2 of the same code, has the right to submit a request for an amicable resolution through mediation within a period of less than one year from the date of a written complaint submitted to the professional.

GENEVA RESIDENCE has appointed SAS Médiation Solution as its consumer mediation entity, through registration number 15763/VM/2501.

To contact the mediator, the consumer must submit their request:

Regardless of the method used to contact the mediator, the request must necessarily include:

  • The applicant’s postal address, phone number, and email address,
  • The name, address, and registration number of the concerned professional with SAS Médiation Solution,
  • A brief summary of the facts,
  • A copy of the prior complaint,
  • All documents supporting the request (order form, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
